CDM1103

CDM1103 is a novel formulation of a compound approved for use in type 1 and type 2 patients. CureDM oral formulation will enable the significant penetration of the obesity market, which is limited by the subcutaneous injection formulation.

• Oral absorption with the elimination of injections for better compliance
• Oral delivery provides for more physiologic dosing for those not currently using injectable treatments
• Formulation provides for direct targeting of the liver which is a natural first site of action and will improve bioavailability

The oral formulation used in both CMD1103 and CDM1102 requires an encapsulation method which requires in-licensing. The license for the encapsulation method is under negotiation (1/07).
